- What type of cork do you use for Cork Supply Co products?

We sustainably source the finest cork from some of the world’s best forests in Portugal. The same cork that you find in our products could be found in the world’s highest quality wines.

  • Will Cork Supply Co hats fit my head?

Our hats are snapbacks so can easily be adjusted to fit your head. In our years of making snapback hats, we’ve yet to find someone with a big/small enough head not to fit. If you try on our hat and it doesn’t fit, let us know—we will probably reward you!

- How durable is the cork material?

For centuries Cork has been the ideal material for preserving wine...and there's a reason for that. Cork performs extremely well under pressure and doesn’t break under abuse. It’s been called nature’s nearly perfect product. We found the same to be true in our products.

- What forms of payment do you accept?

We gladly accept most major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover or direct payments, all through PayPal.

- Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?

No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. However, if you already have an account with PayPal, you may use that.

- How secure is this store?

The Cork Supply Co online store uses PayPal to accept payments. PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).

Shipping and Returns:

- How long does it take to receive my Cork Supply Co hat?

We send orders out twice a week, so you can expect to receive a confirmation email within 2-3 days of purchasing your watch. Tracking info will also be provided. Once your watch has been sent it should arrive in 3-5 days for all domestic orders. For international orders it can take 10-15 days with potential delays with customs clearance.

- What is your return/exchange policy?

It is our goal to create the most enjoyable customer experience. Therefore, any product can be returned or exchange for store credit for any reason within 5 days of delivery. If you need to make a return, please send the unworn product along with your receipt. We will be happy to replace your product with the same or similar item (based on items availability).
